Recruiting Mission Team Members: Jerri Savuto Girls Center (Kenya)

June 21–July 4, 2026

Cynthia Rives is seeking participants for a mission team traveling to the Jerri Savuto Girls Center in Tot, Kenya, June 21–July 4, 2026. This team will support an Alternative Rite of Passage program that offers girls in the community a life-giving alternative to female genital mutilation and forced child marriage.

The program includes six interactive modules—classes and activities designed to give girls “a chance and a choice” by empowering them with education, dignity, and hope for a different future.

The estimated cost for the 14-day trip is $3,500–$4,000 per person, which includes round-trip airfare, lodging (dual occupancy), in-country transportation, meals, and a two-day photo safari.

The application deadline is January 31.
