Summertime, sunny days, and smoke from the BBQ; it’s a common experience here in Texas, but this July, it’s also a metaphor for faith. BBQ pit-masters will tell you that the best meals are cooked “low and slow,” so what happens when we apply this principle to our spiritual lives? In a new sermon series called “Low and Slow,” we will spend some time at the backyard BBQ as we consider how the Christian faith shapes our responses to conflict, anxiety, the mundane, and community-building in the kindom of God. Join us on Sundays at 9 or 11 am to learn more!
