Strength for Today

This Sunday is World Communion Sunday as we remember the interconnectedness of our worldwide community and share in Christ’s table. Here, as we stand or kneel, open handed and open hearted, we await the gift of Christ both in the bread and juice, and in the presence of the gathered community. Here we are reminded that while we might not have everything we want, that if we reflect on God’s goodness in our lives in the present, we find incredible abundance. We discover strength for today.
