The Gift of Life

FUMC Denton remains in mission to our community, state, and the world during the current pandemic. On Sunday, August 9th, the FUMC Missions Committee sponsored a successful blood donation drive near the Mulberry Street entrance at the church. Twenty donors arrived to share the gift of life. A big thank you to our volunteers—Cynthia Rives, Chuck Rives, Peg Hartung, Shelby Benton, and Pastor Mauricio Orosco for taking shifts to monitor the church entrance and assist the Carter Blood team as needed! And thank you to all of you who donated!
