FunStop Closed for Spring

Dear Church Family,

This has been an exceptional year full of challenges that we never thought we would encounter. It seems as if every time we turned around a new obstacle has been dropped in our path and still we have continued together, with the support of our church, to provide quality care for all of our FunStop families. Sadly, the reality is that the COVID-19 restrictions imposed upon childcare operations by state licensing and CDC have severely impacted our ability to provide a full-service FunStop operation since our re-opening in June. Up until now, we have been able to sustain operations because our church secured a Paycheck Protection Plan (PPP) loan which helped us bridge the gap between operational costs and the reduced tuition brought in as a result of limited capacity mandated by state licensing regulations. As a result, we will pause operations through the spring semester and plan to re-open this summer when we hope we can return to normal operations. Our last day before this pause will be December 18 which was already planned as the last day before winter break. This pause does not impact our Childrenโ€™s Day Out (CDO) program.
