A Reception for Laura Byrd
Dear Church Family,
This Sunday, June 5, please plan join us for a reception honoring Laura right after the Sanctuary Service from noon to 1 pm. This is a time for our whole church to let Laura know how much she has meant to us and how excited we are for her new adventure in ministry. Cookies and punch will be served and you will have an opportunity to visit with Laura.
Then, on Monday, June 6 at 7 pm, you're invited to attend Laura's Commissioning Service at FUMC Richardson: 503 N. Central Expressway, Richardson, TX 75080 as she is commissioned as an elder in the United Methodist Church! This event will also be live-streamed at ntcumc.org.
Laura's official last day is June 12, the following Sunday, and you will certainly have an opportunity to wish her well that morning. We love Laura and are so thankful for her time here with us! If you aren't able to attend any of these dates, we encourage you to send her a note of appreciation in the coming weeks.
