August 16 is United Women in Faith Sunday at FUMC Denton. UWF members will be helping lead worship to celebrate the 157 years of the United Women in Faith and our predecessor organizations as we continue to advocate and support women, children and youth.

United Women in Faith is the largest U.S. denominational women’s mission organization. UWF has been advocating for and supporting programs to empower women and improve life for women, children and youth in the U.S. and internationally since 1869. The organization has had many names, but the mission has remained the same. Their core belief that, Love in Action Can Change the World, has not changed.
