Join OUTreach for our annual Trans Day of Remembrance Vigil Ceremony on November 20th from 6-8pm. The ceremony includes a grounding moment, remarks from OUTreach, and reading the names of trans kin lost in 2024.

The event is outdoors at the South Lakes Pavilion, 556 Hobson Ln, Denton, TX 76205. Pavilion is wheelchair accessible. ASL interpretation provided.

~*~About Trans Day of Remembrance~*~ TDOR is an annual observance to honor the memory of the transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence. It was founded in 1999 by Gwendolyn Smith in honor of Rita Hester, a transgender woman who was murdered in Massachusetts.
