Maternal and infant mortality rates in Texas have significant disparities. Women of color experience a disproportionately high risk of avoidable deaths. Experts will help us understand the reality of this preventable tragedy and the policy and cultural barriers responsible. Together we'll discuss how we can be a force for change.
