The Youth and Children’s Ministries have invited a guest speaker on Sunday, February 6, from 5:30—7:30 pm in Flinn Hall. Rev. Kim Meyers, Associate Pastor for Family Ministry & Community Outreach at St. Andrew UMC in Plano, has written Parenting with Perspective. She’s been invited to give a talk and take Q&A afterwards. There will be copies of the book available for sale that evening, too. This will be running parallel with youth programming that evening, so parents can drop off their kids, go to the program, and pick them up afterward. We’re planning childcare for kids—more information coming soon!
