We need your help to celebrate our church’s 164th birthday with a special cookie project! We’re handing out cookies to everyone who visits this Sunday, September 12, as well as delivering cookies to homebound and those worshiping online. Help us shine God’s love into some special lives!

There are two ways to help. You can pick one or both! (:

1. On Saturday, September 11 at 10am, meet at the Monroe Gym to pack chocolate chip cookies into sleeves with a special sticker and message from our church. We’ll be packing about 1400 cookies, so the more hands the better!

2. After we finish packing (about 10:45) we’ll deliver some of the cookies to special people in our community — homebound and those worshiping online — so that we can celebrate FUMC Denton’s birthday by shining love into every life! The delivery routes will be segmented by area of town and divided into a manageable number. You can make your deliveries anytime on Saturday.
