    Community Bible Study

    Wednesdays, 12-1 pm, Miller Center

    Community Bible Study is led by all of our pastors at FUMC Denton and is open to anyone who would like to gather in community to discuss Scripture book by book, one verse at a time. Bring a brown bag lunch. Participants eat first, followed by a prayer, scripture, and discussion.

    Havruta Online Bible Study

    Tuesdays, 7:30 pm, Zoom

    Havruta (pronounced huv-ROOT-ah) is an approach to Bible study that emphasizes the importance of personal dialogue when seeking truth in a text. Join Pastor Scott for a weekly gathering to learn through each others' perspectives and build community in a digital space. Gatherings will be on Zoom to allow for folks to join from anywhere.

    Men's Bible Study Breakfast

    Wednesdays, 7:30 am, Sidewalk Cafe, 2900 Wind River Ln, Denton

    This is a laid-back, meaningful way to start your week. Gather over breakfast for a gathering that blends spiritual learning with genuine fellowship. We meet weekly at 7:30am—come as you are and pull up a chair.

    This online bible study group explores spiritual growth and social justice using book based bible studies. Join this engaged and spirited group to explore contemporary issues of injustice while renewing our spirit to do good in the world.
