How Our Families Served Four Communities in One Morning

Kids, youth, and families came together on Sunday, March 22 for our Family Lenten Workshop and had a great morning of fellowship and service!

Embracing the Lenten spirit of preparation and renewal, attendees rolled up their sleeves and worked side by side on to assemble items for four mission projects:

  • Hygiene bags for our unhoused neighbors

  • Easter bags for our church members who are home-based

  • Birthday cake kits for local food pantries

  • Friendship bags for children waiting at the ICE Detention Center in Dallas

By the time the morning wrapped up, they prepared over 250 care bags—answering our call to care for one another during the Lenten season. Thank you to every family, child, and student who joined us to make a difference together!
