A Note of Thanks from Saratov, Russia

Our church was able to send $1500 to St. Luke's UMC (formerly Saratov UMC) from the Christmas Offering. They are required to purify the air in the church as a government mandate and they will be fined if they do not have the necessary light to do the purification—your gift will help them accomplish this and help others as well. Here is the note that they sent as a thank you!

Great news. We are happy. We think that we will have enough money not only to disinfect the air, but also for hand sanitizers. And masks. Maybe we can help someone else. We will keep you informed. May the Lord bless all the kind hearts of people who donated. This is high power. We appreciate this. We will share this news with others at church. People from the church came up to me and conveyed greetings for you. We have a lot of snow. It is difficult for cars to drive and for people to walk. I'll send a picture, it's from the car window. It is cold here. We monitor your weather and are a little jealous. :-)

We hope a little more time and spring will come.

We love you, we pray for you.
