Middle School Mission Trip to Waco

Last Friday a group of 5 middle school youth and 2 adults returned from a week-long mission trip to Waco.  Waco’s poverty rate is twice the national average.  We spent the week distributing food, hauling away trash, doing yardwork, and covering up graffiti.  We talked about the long lines we saw at food distribution and the people we met who want to clean up their neighborhoods.
