“I Choose Love” with Open Choir

This performance by the Open Choir — the Open Virtual Choir — was a powerful, poignant telling of the Easter hope — that Christ is risen and we will rise too.

But on the journey there, even in the hard parts, we will choose to love with all that we can. As Anne Lamott says, "You can put revolutionary love in the grave, but you can't keep it there." May we choose that love every step of the way, for in every step, that uncontainable love is with us.

Thank you to the choir for sharing their hearts and voices and to the long, loving labor of Max Mollenkamp — director, envisioner, cultivator...and video editor, too. 🙂 💜

"I Choose Love", written by Mark A. Miller, text by Lindy Thompson. Directed by Max Mollenkamp and performed by the loving voices of the Open Choir.
