Cards of Care

Nancy Voss, a member of United Methodist Women and of our church, has an ongoing ministry at the Gainesville State School, which is part of the Texas Juvenile Justice Department, and reported to UMW that things were very hard there due to the pandemic. When UMW asked what they could do to help, Nancy suggested sending cards to the boys in residence there. FUMC Denton’s United Methodist Women sent cards of encouragement to all 115 boys at the Gainesville State School. We pray that the boys will be blessed to know they are remembed and that we care about them.
