32 Campers, One Incredible Show

Campers at one of their first rehearsals preparing for the big show!

Campers having fun in Miller Center!

From July 14th, 32 kids joined us for the 2nd Annual Musical Theater Camp at FUMC, a significant increase from last year. The campers spent their mornings rehearsing and preparing for their performance, and the afternoons were filled with exciting field trips. When they weren’t singing, practicing choreography and stage directions, they enjoyed activities like bowling and swimming.

On Friday, the campers presented “Adam’s Apple” to a very appreciative audience.

Bubbles!!

A huge thank you to Jamie Rives, FUMC Children's Choir director, for directing the camp, along with Credo Choir Director Shannon Carnley, Children/Youth Accompanist Jessy Lee, and volunteers David Rives, Haley Dortch, and Lindsey Fortney who helped chaperone, provide meals, and teach our campers throughout the week. We can't wait for next year!
