The United Women in Faith at the Dallas Indian UMC are inviting us to participate in their annual Wild Onion Dinner Celebration on March 26, 11 am-2 pm. Please read the attached flyer. The proceeds from this event are used to support their missional activities.

Wild onion dinners celebrate spring and the harvesting of wild onions. The celebration is a tradition of Native American nations and tribes originally from the southeastern US now in Oklahoma and north Texas.

Members of our church will leave Denton at 10 am on Saturday, March 26. If you want to go early and share the ride with me or by caravan, please reach out to Ruth Bowen at rbowen7481@gmail.com.
