May Mission Corner: Explorium Denton Children’s Museum

The Explorium provides opportunities for children to experience the wonder and excitement of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math through hands-on exhibits, multimedia, and content-rich programs that encourage exploration, engage the learner, and ultimately educate the child. The Explorium’s purpose is to provide opportunities for children and their families to learn and play together.

Please drop off donated items in any worship space on Sunday mornings or at the Ivey Garden entrance to FUMC Denton during business hours. To give toward the May Mission Corner, please note that in the memo line either online at fumcdenton.com/give or by check.

Needed Items:

  • markers, different types of tape, water color, playdoh, construction paper, popsicle sticks, paper plates, etc.

  • storage items like containers with lids, metal shelving, durable trays, etc.

  • supplies for our upcoming camps like- air dry clay, gardening tools, bandaroos, etc. 

  • Wishlist items—storage cabinet with a lock, plant stand lights, lockable computer storage, paper cutter, ink for printers, kiddos friendly multicultural wooden figures, fine motor science toys.
