Throughout December, we will be collecting new or gently used winter clothing gear — stocking caps, scarves, socks, and gloves — for the clients of Interfaith Ministries of Denton.

Interfaith Ministries began over 30 years ago through the ministries of this church, and now is a primary resource for short-term emergency assistance in Northern Denton County. IFM serves over 3,000 people a year, providing vital assistance to people facing financial hardship to help them maintain economic stability and prevent homelessness.

Any items you collect can be brought to worship with you and donated in a designated location in any of our worship spaces or throughout the week to the Ivey Garden entrance of the church M-Th, 9-4 pm.

Checks can be made out to the church with the Memo Line: December Mission Corner. You can also give online at fumcdenton.com/give and select “General Missions” in the drop-down menu and write “December Mission Corner” in the memo line.
