We’re still feeling the heat of summer but fall is coming, with winter right behind it. 

As the temperatures drop, those experiencing homelessness may struggle with the seasonal change. For those in need, First Meal distributes warm clothing and accessories during our weekly breakfast. 

This month, the Missions Team is partnering with First Meal to Spread the Warmth. We will be collecting new adult sized hoodies, hats, gloves, thermal underwear, socks and new or clean, gently used blankets. 

Help take the winter weather sting and chill away from our neighbors. Consider donating winter clothing or accessories. 

Thank you for your generous support of our Mission Corner. You may bring your donations to the collection box in the entryway off the Ivey Garden on Sunday mornings or during church office hours, Monday-Thursday, 9-4.
