Sept. 23-24, 2023 at Bridgeport Camp

3rd—5th grade students are invited to Bridgeport Camp for an overnight experience of God, nature and community. This camp is a great place for first time campers—parents are welcome, too! Our campers will spend time at camp learning, worshiping and playing games.

Our church will go together in the church vans—meet at FUMC Denton at 8:30 am on September 23 and return around 11 am on Sunday morning.

We call this camp “Camp Bible” because we see this camp as a great opportunity for our campers to learn to use the bibles they have gotten from their churches or families. This year’s theme is "God is Light" where we will be exploring scripture that uses the concept of light to hep campers relate to God. We will worship together, learn in small groups and have plenty of time for games, craft and fun!
